The Ilokano card is geared towards La Union, Pangasina, Isabela, Mt. Province, Ifugao, Abra, Ilocoa Sur and Norte, Cagayan Valley and Benguet. On the other hand, the mekeni card applies for Pampanga, Bataan, Meriveles, Nueva Ecija and Tarlac.
Advanced Telecom Solutions' President, Michael Prieto takes pride by saying that this is the First card launched in the US that is specially made for the region and the people in the region.
